How much do restaurant consultants make?

I have been a restaurant consultant for 6 years . I charge 15% of the sales increase over a 3 or 4 month period as compared to the same period a year ago.Its a risk free way for the client and it shows my confidence that I can make your establishment succed.Any interest ? Usmc007@myway.com.Thanks
