How do I get a partnership with YouTube?

I am myself a partner.

You have to have good video view stats, a good subscriber count, a good daily view count..etc..

Numbers to get before trying (only a recommendation)

Subscribers: 500-1000

Video Views: 50,000-200,000

Daily Video View Count: 1,500-2,000

Also. Do NOT HAVE ANY COPYRIGHTED CONTENT. This includes music, pictures, video, audio....etc. >>>>>>I Got a partnership and i have copyrighted stuff...
