What is the most important aspect of the universe that is electrically charged?

Well, darling, if I'm going to be technical about it, I'd say protons are the most important electrically charged aspect of the universe. They make up all matter, from the stars above to the ground beneath our fabulous feet. Just remember, without those positively charged protons, we wouldn't even be having this conversation!
