So, what I think you should do is first talk to her through text or facebook or and tech device. Then start talking in person and just get to know her first from there. But if you guys don't really know each other well. Don't say hey! I like you! Because that's a turn off. For me I just feel like the person is desperate. You got to know a person to truly like them.
