What did Queen Elizabeth I do when she was mad?

Much has been written as to whether or not Queen Elizabeth I had a temper. Some accounts say that when she was angry she went into fits of rage, swearing, spitting and even throwing things. Other accounts say that she simply removed herself from the public eye when upset, crying in the confines of her bedroom. Regardless, Elizabeth was human and as humans we have many emotions. She was entitled like any other to feel anger.
