Does social service take your newborn baby when addicited to herion?

If you are pregnant you should not be doing heroin. You need help and are not fit to be a parent if you do hardcore drugs! Your child could have many birth deffects and is likley a heroin addict too. So sorry to break it to you but social services will likely take the child away since you have proven that you are an unfit mother.
