What is the common name for archaeoglobus?

Living in freshwater habitats, Volvox is a type of green algae which developed fully 200 million years ago. It forms spherical colonies who's numbers can go up to 50,000 cells. These organisms reproduce sexually therefore are recognized as vegetative cells.
