Can you describe frustrations you have personally dealt with as a RN and how was this resolved?

This is obviously a question from a job application. The only person who can answer this is you ! If you've previously worked a RN, you should be able to recall a relevant incident. If you've not worked as a RN before, you will not be able to answer it.
