Why is your car squeaking?

The only reason Haiti does not have it in the streets is because the car is too low and teh roads are full of potholes most of the time, so it would be a waste to drive it and too costly for risk of damaging the chassis. However, there are people in haiti that could buy the Bugatti if they wanted to. we have Multi Millionnaires in Haiti as well, like the Bigio family!
