Is the new nickel a mis-strike?

There are probably mis-strikes of the new design, but if you think it is mis-struck because the 3/4 profile of Jefferson is off-center, that is the way it was designed by the artist. See the Related Links for more info about these nickels, from the U.S. Mint website.
