Is it okay for a 13 year old to date a 15 year old?

Yes. Nobody would ever object to that. (Disagree with the opinion below by the way. I'm 18, my gf is 16 and I'm definitely not dating her only for the bed.)

There are no laws about dating. There are laws about sex and both are under the age of consent and it is possible they could both get in trouble.
