Can you play videos on a 3DS?

At the moment the 3ds internet system update hasn't been released but sometime in late may it will come out.

3DS browser can not view YouTube, so no. If you want to view in 3D go on YouTube videos that say 3D and either use red/blue glasses or a 3DTV.
