My 17 year old has Prom in 4 weeks and is up for Prom queen but wants her nose pierced this weekend so will the swelling and redness be gone by then because I don't want her nose to look gross?

it should be gone by by then mine was good in two days! tell her good luck!! as long as she takes care of it and doesn't get it caught on anything it should be good. but it really just depends on how her body will react to it because a piercing is still technically an open flesh wound so a couple of days after i had mine done i actually bled, a lot. but it wasn't really swollen at all, not even after I had it done. congrats and kudos on the nomination!!!

It should be good by then mine was fine in 5 days but it swell a little bit but you just put ice on it it worked for me!!! And tell her good luck.:D
