No because everybody should be treated the same. You should get up to more than 100 hundred people to volunteer to help the disorder and the unhealthy and then divide the group in half and one half helps the disordered and the other half to help the unhealthy!!! All people should have the chance at receiving good health care. There are some instances where a person should only have one whack at good health care and then no more chances: A person who abuses their body and has the loss of kidney function and is given a donor kidney, but continues on with their abuse. A heart attack victim that leads an unhealthy lifestyle such as smoking and drinking and receives a new heart but returns to their bad lifestyle. Your question was a good one, but we must be careful not to label who deserves better health care than others, because the list can dwindle down (too fat, too thin, etc.) and you could be on that list!
