What Voltage does the fuel pump on a 1998 Kia Sephia operate at I have a 1998 Kia Sephia that wont start and I am only getting 2.5 Volts at both the fuel pump and the fuel pump fuse in the fuse box?

Should be 12 volts, check the fuel pump relay and clean the ground wire to the fuel pump. In fact clean all the ground connections on the vehicle.
