There are 16 Independent Sovereign States known officially as the Commonwealth Realms.

They are:

The United Kingdom

Canada

Australia

New Zealand

Jamaica

Barbados

The Bahamas

Grenada

Papua New Guinea

The Solomon Islands

Tuvalu

Saint Lucia

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

Belize

Antigua and Barbuda

Saint Kitts and Nevis

All of those countries/states all share one thing, Queen Elizabeth II is their Head of State and therefore apart of the British Monarchy.

Although, the term 'British Monarchy' is only really used in Britain. For instance, it is the 'Canadian Monarchy' in Canada.
