What does it mean when your boyfriend doesn't tell anyone that you go out?

If you have only been going out with him 2-3 times he is not your boyfriend, yet. Yet, if you have been seeing him 6 months or more and he doesn't want to tell anyone there is a reason. When you date someone you go places together so usually people see you together, but if you aren't doing anything but sex this doesn't make a boyfriend either. I suggest you examine the relationship you are in with him.
