Modern buildings are cost-effective as well as environmentally friendly, as they are constructed in a controlled environment with correct precision and accuracy, thus reducing the labor cost as well as the utility of the raw materials.

Traditional Buildings are not that much cost-effective, as on-site construction require high labour as well as as raw materials.
