What are all of the codes of chivalry?

Only a knight may engage another knight in one to one combat (on the field of battle);

To be God fearing and live your life in service to the Church;

To protect the weak and those that can not protect themselves (essentially protect those below you on the Great Chain of Being;

Respect your superiors (those above you on the Great Chain of Being)

Do not unnecessarily cause offence;

To not act for pucuniaric reward;

Uphold the honour of other knights;

Always speak the truth;

Never refuse a challenge from an equal;

Never turn your back on a foe;

To act against unfairness and deceit;

Respect the honour of women.
