What ideas come in your when you hear the word philosophy?

When I hear the Word philosophy, ideas of critical thinking, the pursuit of knowledge, questioning fundamental beliefs, and exploring the nature of existence come to mind. It also evokes thoughts of ethical reasoning, contemplation of the big questions, and the history of philosophical thought.
