When did Paul Kossoff perform his last concert?

Kossoff's last performances were at the Starwood Jazz club in LA. Bad Company were playing the LA Forum and after their show, went on to the Starwood to jam with Back Street Crawler. I think this was 20th June 1975.

I saw Paul Kossoff, with Back Street Crawler, at Newcastle City Hall, UK on 27th November 1975 and still have ticket stub to prove it. I have a feeling he did play again after this.
