Who Owns Phoenix university?

Phoenix University, officially known as the University of Phoenix, is owned by the Apollo Education Group, which is a private education company. In 2017, Apollo Education Group was acquired by a private equity consortium led by Vistria Group, in partnership with the Najafi Companies and Zovio. This acquisition shifted the ownership structure, but the university continues to operate under the same name and branding.
