How do you beat kimono girls?

In Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver, you can get into the Dance Theater at any point but in order to battle the Kimono Girls, you will need to have all 8 Gym Badges and then meet with Professor Elm in order to receive a Master Ball and then you will be allowed to battle them.
