Yes, Steamworks Ink is a legitimate publisher.
The publisher mainly focuses on books within the steampunk genre, including steampunk Horror, steampunk romance and steampunk science-fiction.

The founder of Steamworks Ink also has three over publication businesses. Crushing Hearts and Black Butterfly Publishing (horror genres), Hot Ink Press (romance and erotica genres) and Vamptasy Publishing (vampire/mythical genres).
