Is there a way to lower your money on the sims 3?

Here is what I do:

Buy the most expensive floor tiles and fill the whole lot over and over until it goes down.

OR

Use the "testingcheatsenabled true" cheat and buy the most expensive thing that you would like or can find. Don't delete it with the hammer tool or from the store. Shift click on it using the cheat and click "delete object". That should get rid of it without giving you money back. :)
