Your cat has been pooping for about 3 days straight and just today she has a red sac hanging out her butt and a lot of blood in her poop what can I do for her I have not money for a vet?

Definatly take her to the vet. I'm not sure exactly what the problem is but afraid the vet is pretty much your only hope for poor kitty.
