What were the Romans good at?

The Romans are famous for many things, some of them are:

• Democratic governments and self-representation of the people
• Rome is the location of the Vatican City, which is where the Pope lives. Much Catholic culture is based around Rome.
• White columns, and symmetrical architecture
• The Romans ruled over a large empire, so they have had an influence on the history of most places around the Mediterranean Sea.
