Where can you buy Lolita clothing in nc?

This question isn't very specific, but if you're asking if there are any physical lolita shops in North Carolina, USA, I don't believe that there are any. There are, however, a fairly active lolita community in the Carolinas:

The only stores I can think of that's fairly close is Candy Violet in Virginia (I don't believe that she has a physical store) and Tokyo Rebel in New York City. If you're willing to shop online you will find some sites.
