Can you charge your husband with bigamy when he has another wife?

As an individual you cannot "charge" anyone with a crime, but you can file a complaint with the local law enforcement people who DO have the power to charge people with crimes. Note that in some jurisdictions - especially in some Islamic countries - bigamy is NOT a crime.
