How do you create your own website then put a webshow on it like iCarly?

you can't. making a website like that with games, songs and videos could take up to years, especially for a kid your age.(im assuming, since you actually want a website like icarly) you can, however, write an online blog/diary, or start posting videos on YouTube. I suggest doing the above because all you're gonna be doing is getting yourself into trouble by giving out your parents credit card information and you're gonna end up having to pay for what you spent, cause it's impossible to create a site as fancy and techy as icarly for free.
