In the book The Odyssey what did a soothsayer once predict would happen to the Cyclops?

The Soothsayer predicted the Cyclops would be blinded by Odysseus. The creature trapped Odysseus and his men in a cave and proceeded to devour them. Luckily, Odysseus was quick witted and outsmarted him by making him drunk with wine before blinding him.
