Why wont your aeon 50cc quad start up it is firing but wont keep running?

There may be a couple of possibilities here *Choke stuck open - check your choke cable make sure it is not keeping the throttle open adjust it or replace it. *Old gas -drain gas from carb there should be some kind of drain plug. Last but not least and since you say it is firing this is doubtful pull the plug clean and regap it. In addition to this you could check your idle screw the idle may not be set high enough to keep it running.
