Where is HMS ark royal now?

HMS Ark Royal (R09) was the fourth aircraft carrier of the Royal Navy and was decommissioned in 1979. After her decommissioning, she was sold for scrap and dismantled in 1980. The remnants of the ship no longer exist, as she was completely broken down. Today, her legacy lives on through various memorials and historical accounts of her service.
