How can you convince your parents to let you bring a friend on holiday with the family?

You can convince your parents that you can bring a friend with you on a holiday by first improving your relationship with them. Your parents, and you must have a good relationship, so they can trust you to began with. If you already got a bad record with them, then try to prove them wrong by doing better.

Secondly Make sure the friend your bringing isn't that friend that every parent dreads meeting. Your friend should be a positive influence to you not negative.

Third, Make a list of reasons why it is a good idea to bring your friend, and show it to your parents.

Last but not least try to solve the financial burden a little bit, especially if your old enough to work, or if not let the friend's family chip in on paying a little, so that your parents don't have to take the burden all by themselves. After all it's support to be a family holiday, not a family nightmare.
