How do you ask a girl out for the first time?

Well... You got to know the girl! What does she like? Is she more romantic or tacky? Bunch of girls like more romantic kind of stuff... You should write her a letter and at the end ask her out? Sing to her then ask her out? Talk to her then ask her out? Any of these ways can work as long as it's your comfort level. But do not ask her out in text!
