Depends. Are they looking at you in a "OMG I think they're a stalker" way, or a "hey good lookin', whatcha got cookin'?" way. Because if it's the first...lay off. You're freaking them out. If it's the second, go talk to them.

And if you're not sure, go talk to them!

Ask them how they're doing. Ask them about how school's going for them. Ask them what their plans are for the weekend (in a casual way, not in a "do you want a date" way...don't freak them out!). Be friendly.
