What causes breath to smell like shoe polish?

Thanks but this started 6 days ago suddenly, and not after cleaning my shoes as i am dreadfully lazy about such things. I had a big hypoglycemic type attack, and then i got a neck ache and migrane for two days, then this shoe polish breath thing appeared :(
