How do you remove gas tank from 98 Honda accord?

If you are just replacing the fuel pump you should be able to do that from an access point in the trunk when you let the seat down. There should be a circle cover that is about 4" and should be able to take off a couple of nuts and pop it up to get to the fuel pump. Just to remove the gas tank... make sure you have the car lifted up and take out the two straps holding it in. Disconnect the fuel pump line. disconnect the fill hose. It should drop right down.
