You have dirty blonde hair pale skin and bluish greenish greyish eyes ive been told they look like the ocean after a storm how should i do my make-up?

I have a similar look, and I like to use a liquid foundation, because it has the light coverage needed for pale, fair skin. A classic look in shadow which would suit any eye colour is a grey or charcoal base with blue powder over the top. But for blue eyes, taupe, gray, violet, purple, deep blue (a darker shade than your eye color makes your eyes really blue), black (mix it with bright blue for a smoky effect), would look good, and for going out silver, turquoise, fuschia.
