mobile phones should allowed on the college campus,but we should use it properly.But camera phones are not necessary in colleges so it must prohibit . But ordinary mobile phone is helps to increase our security any where.When we trapped in an accident mobile phones help us to overcome it through a call or an SMS from mobile phones.
