Henry Tudor, later King Henry VIII of England was the second son of King Henry VII of England and Elizabeth of York. King James V of Scotland was the son of James IV of Scotland and Margaret Tudor, eldest daughter of Henry VII and older sister of Henry VIII. So... James V's mother was the daughter of Henry VII and thus sister of Henry VIII. The relationship between Henry VIII's parents and James V's mother is that of Parent-Child. James' father was not related to the Tudors.
