What rights are Americans working for today?

1. Amnesty International is working to free prisoners of conscience, abolish the death penalty, stop violence against women, and ensure the human rights of all people.

2. The Human Rights Watch is an international non-governmental organization that conducts research on human rights.

3. The United Nations Global Compact is a group to encourage businesses worldwide, to adopt socially responsible policies, and to report on their accomplishments.

4. The Citizens Commission on Human Rights is a group that is against psychiatry. They say that a mental illness is not a medical disease and that the use of psychiatric medication is a destructive and evil practice.

5. InterAction is a group of people of US-based non-profits working to promote human dignity and development in countries around the world.

I have to agree about the mental health stuff. because it is not a medical disease it is a spiritual problem. if everybody would be a true christian then there wouldn't be so many mental problems in this world. i know for sure that god heals mental people not only mental people but also other sick people.
