What happens when you talk too much?

Do you mean how can I tell another person that s/he talks too much? Say, "excuse me" and change the subject. Or do not talk to that person again. He or she will get the message. Or you could snail mail him or her a note telling him/her that. But use snail mail with no return address. And if using the net, create a new persona in Yahoo for the task.
