When girls pee do they just pull down their panties and lift up their skirt?

It depends how long the skirt is. If it's long, it's sometimes easier to just take it off and slide down legs with pantys. If it is short, it's easier to just slip panty down and lift skirt up. The longer skirts bunch up on the seat and are hard to hold up. If it is a dress with buttons or snaps on the back, then always just lift up. That's way easier than trying to take it off.

Thats a funny question! I guess I never thought about it until I saw somebody ask! I'm assuming you are guy becasue girls know already. If you still don't understand, borrow a skirt from your gf or sister and try to pee with it. Remember girls sit down though! You will see that it depends on what kind of skirt.
