How do you write a mail seeking appointment for a meeting?

Respected Sir ,

I am seeking your appointment for 10 to15 minutes meet on Tuesday ,18th September 2012 .I will be there for the meeting in your office on 18th September 2012 at 2:00 pm. Kindly reply me if above date and timing is not feasible to you for meeting
