What is the music on Scrubs that plays in emotional scenes which JD also noticed then hummed?

I love that piano song. Actually, it's a Scrubs original. Written for the show by composer Jan Stevens. Steven's wrote a lot of the show's original music... maybe even all of it. Anyway, so yeah, it doesn't really have a name.
