What happens to Hollyleaf?

Hollyleaf went phyco about the warrior code. She killed ashfur in Sunrise. Later went into the tunnels which collapsed. Erin Huntrer refuses to tell readers what happaned to her. Although on the offical site it was revealed that Hollyleaf was killed in the tunnels.
