No. This company has been around since 1951. Scams don't last 60 plus years in today's informed society. This company has an A rating from the BBB. Scams aren't A rated by the BBB. This company pays out an average of $114,000,000.00 a year in benefits to their customers. Scams don't pay out millions.
If you read the comments from former AIL agents, they all say the same thing. "you work very long hours", "you pay for all of your expenses", "the managers lie, lie, lie", "the people above you make money off of you", "its a pyramid scheme".
What you do not hear is that they were cheated or not payed for new customers. To me that is the definition of a scam.
Ive been with this company for less than 6 months. The one thing I can say is that yes, you will work long hard hours. Yes you provide your own vehicle, gas and business cards. But you also get a group of people who are all in to see you succeed. You get mentors who have been there, made it and will show you step by step what to do so you can make it too. Nothing worth having comes easy. Ask anyone who is a success in their field if it was an easy road. This business offers UNLIMITED growth. You will not find that in a 9 to 5. The compensation at AIL is amazing IF you are willing to put in the work. If you help develop someone and help them succeed, yes you do make money off of them and that agent is happy to let you. That insures that you HELP new agents succeed by sharing your knowledge and time. Its a win-win.
If you are looking for fast easy money, somewhere where can can work till noon then sit home and collect checks,, THIS>>>>>IS>>>>>NOT>>>>FOR>>>>YOU.
but if you want to push yourself to succeed and make a very good living off of YOUR HARD WORK than you should do some research then give them I call. I thank God that I walked into their office by mistake one day and found a home.
