The Battle of Stoney Creek, fought on June 6-7, 1813, during the War of 1812, resulted in significant casualties. Approximately 300 British and Canadian troops were involved, with around 23 killed and 60 wounded. On the American side, out of about 1,700 troops, there were about 50 killed and around 100 wounded. The battle was a tactical victory for the British, helping to secure their position in Canada.
