5 types of classical salads used in food operation?

this probably isn't much help, but im in need of this answer as well, for my culinary exam.

so far i can remember three:

dessert salad, ex. waldorf salad

appetizer salad, ex. ceaser salad

entree salad(?), ex. chefs salad

im not sure about the last now, but i sure hope so. sorry i couldn't be of any further help.
